The programme was to find a way to provide for an expanding family and greater amenity for the professional couple.
Phase I included the 2nd floor addition along with renovations to the main floor to include a new kitchen-dining-family room area.
A subsequent Phase II included redeveloping the basement to provide more head room by excavating and underpinning the existing foundations.

Here again the client wanted more bedrooms and bathrooms while opening the main floor layout and updating the main floor bath to a powder room.
